thingfile.app is published by Spergs, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and is provided for information. Do not attempt to disrupt it or to use it to distribute anything unlawful.

The software

Thingfile is open-source software released under the MIT License. Your use of it is governed by that licence, which is included with the source. In short: you can use, copy, modify and distribute it, the copyright notice must travel with it, and it comes with no warranty.

You are responsible for how you deploy and operate it: securing the server, keeping the database backed up, and, if other people use your instance, whatever obligations you take on as its operator. If you enable image scanning, you are also responsible for your own relationship with the model provider it calls.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spergs, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or the Thingfile software. The software is in development. Do not rely on it for anything critical without testing it thoroughly in your own environment, and keep your own backups. It is the catalog of where your things are; losing it is annoying in proportion to how much you trusted it.
